Hair and Beauty Palace offers a range of premium hair and beauty services, including but not limited to braiding, silk presses, colour and vibrant hair treatments, and skincare treatments. Services, pricing, and availability may vary by stylist and are subject to change without prior notice. Prices quoted on our website or in-salon are estimates and may vary based on hair length, density, condition, or the complexity of the service requested; your stylist will confirm final pricing before your treatment begins.

• Appointments may be booked online, by phone, or in person.
• We recommend arriving 10–15 minutes before your scheduled appointment. Late arrivals may result in a shortened service or the need to reschedule, at our discretion.
• A deposit may be required to secure certain bookings, particularly for longer or specialist services. Deposit terms will be communicated at the time of booking.

• We kindly ask for at least [24/48] hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule.
• Cancellations made with less than the required notice, or missed appointments, may incur a cancellation fee and/or forfeiture of any deposit paid.
• Repeated no-shows may result in a requirement to pay in full at the time of booking for future appointments.

For colour, chemical, or other treatments that carry a risk of allergic reaction, a patch test may be required at least 48 hours before your appointment. We reserve the right to decline or postpone a service if a required patch test has not been carried out, in the interest of your safety.

• Please inform your stylist of any allergies, skin or scalp conditions, medications, or previous chemical treatments before your service begins.
• It is your responsibility to disclose relevant health information accurately. We are not liable for reactions or outcomes resulting from undisclosed conditions or inaccurate information.
• Results may vary depending on natural hair texture, condition, and treatment history; we cannot guarantee identical results to reference images.

We accept the payment methods displayed in-salon and online. Full payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed in writing. Gift cards and promotional vouchers are subject to their own terms, stated at the time of purchase, and are generally non-refundable and non-transferable unless required by law.

If you are unhappy with a service, please contact us within [7] days so we can discuss a resolution, which may include a complimentary redo at our discretion. Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis and are not guaranteed, particularly where a client has requested a change of style or colour unrelated to a service error.

We may photograph or film your hair and beauty results for portfolio, marketing, or social media purposes. We will ask for your verbal or written consent before doing so, and you may decline or withdraw consent at any time by informing your stylist or contacting us directly.

We are committed to providing a respectful, welcoming environment for all clients and staff. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone behaving in an abusive, unsafe, or disruptive manner.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Hair and Beauty Palace is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from our services. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death, personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Our website and its content (including text, images, and branding) are the property of Hair and Beauty Palace and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without our prior written permission.

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our services or legal requirements. The most current version will always be available on our website, and continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
